The Yamaha RM-2408 Recoding Mixer and tape machines, ex-Frank Zappa are on this page.

The Yamaha mixer came out of Joe’s Garage, and had been used in the rehearsal room and also on tour. It came without a power supply,so I had a custom supply built for it.  The tape markings on the channel strip are for Lisa Loeb and Dweezil, among others, still there from when last used.

The Fostex E-22 1/2-inch 3-channel (3rd channel timecode) mastering deck also came from Zappa’s studio.

The Yamaha NS-1000s are not ex-Zappa.  They occupy my living room.
